The service call/diagnosis includes the service call and the diagnosis of your
system. That is all that you are required to pay. We never add trip charges or
fuel charges or any other charges. After the diagnosis is completed the
technician will explain the nature of the problem and give you a clear Quote
(not an estimate) for the needed repairs.
Beware of ads or companies that advertise so called free service calls with repairs or unusually low service calls. The cost of the employee, truck, tools, training, insurances and so on have to be covered. It doesn’t make sense to get a so called Free Service Call if you pay twice as much for repairs.
